This is a method of confidentially disposing of documents in an environmentally friendly way. Secure Green Document Destruction enables businesses & organisations to improve the environment by reducing the amount of waste going to landfill.

A collection service is provided and once the documents have been shredded a certificate of destruction is issued. The shredded paper is eventually mixed with organic matter to provide high quality compost.

Data Capture & Secure Document Archiving

There are various techniques available to capture data. We have the tools available to do this in the most cost effective manner. Once this information is captured it is stored legally and securely into electronic filing locations which are designed and implemented around existing traditional filing structures. This means users do not have to be trained on new filing locations. The technique changes. Legally Admissible Electronic Filing Systems

BSI has previously produced guidance in the form of a code of practice BIP 008, 9 & 10 which covers off the legal admissibility of a document.

How does it do this? By creating a secure audit log for each individual document. A history, if you like, based on who’s scanned, edited, emailed, viewed, etc, etc the document.
